DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

What You Need to Know

Here at The Earth Pantry, all products are packaged and shipped in plastic-free packaging.

Delivery:

The Earth Pantry delivers to these zip codes: 29841, 30802, 30805, 30808, 30809, 30813, 30814, 30815, 30816, 30818, 30830, 30833, 30901, 30902, 30903, 30904, 30907, 30909. If your zip code is not listed, and you would like regular delivery, please contact us. If you are out of our delivery area, please visit us at special events, or pop-ups.

All deliveries to the surrounding Augusta, GA area will be on Tuesdays. You must have your orders placed by the Monday prior at 5pm EST.

Our delivery fee is $7. Deliveries do have a package-free option which will take $2 off of your delivery fee. If you select package-free delivery, please indicate where you would like us to leave your items.

All orders over $50 get FREE delivery.

Shipping:

The Earth Pantry offers shipping to zip codes in the State of Georgia & South Carolina.

​

There is at least one refill store in every state of the USA! That is a great win for the growth of sustainable businesses and lifestyles! Due to our values being to reduce waste and to support local businesses, we encourage shoppers to source their products from the shops that are closest to them. 

​

Our current standard shipping cost is $10.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a product or may be dissatisfied.

We hope to provide you with the best customer service in this incident. 

​

Non-food items other than body products (soaps, lotions, etc) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase if unused. If an item has been used and discovered to be undesirable, it can be returned for a refund or in-store credit of 50% of the purchasing price. 

​

Body Products (soaps, lotions, lip balms, toothpastes, hair rinses, and body scrubs) are unavailable for return or exchange due to the self-serve process and personal body use. If your body product has caused irritation or other problems within 10 days of purchase, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a better product for your body. We encourage customers read the ingredient lists for allergens and to try our samples in store prior to purchasing, or ordering a non-refundable $1.00 sample for delivery orders.

Containers for body products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchasing.

Food items may not be returned or exchanged due to the self-serve process. However, if you find a specific issue with your food product within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us immediately upon discovering, and we will replace your purchased amount with a fresh serving at no charge. Please do not throw away the stale food item; we will take it back to compost it.
